As the temperature and humidity in Japan begin to rise, the volume of mosquito populations is expected to increase accordingly.

In a society where shopping for daily supplies is primarily done by foot, insect repellent essential item.

While an array of insect repellent items can be found at local drugstores, Japanese manufacturer Fumakilla has created an innovative repellent device that resembles a cosplay piece.

The Dokodemo Vape Premium houses a replaceable bug repellent cartridge and battery-powered fan in order to provide both, long-lasting and effective protection.

The device includes an arm strap that mimics magical bracers worn by heroic characters in Anime series or tokusatsu special effects show.

In addition to wearing it around the arm, the device can alternatively be attached to the ankle or on the loops of fabric ringing the waist of a pair of clothing.

Additionally, Fumakilla recommends putting Dokodemo Vape Premium on strollers to prevent young children from getting bitten.

Despite the various ways the device can be worn, the “bicep style” has received the most attention, with with online commentators saying it looks like something out of the Saint Seiya, Kamen Rider, or similar series.
