Globally established lifestyle brand Nobu, founded by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, actor Robert De Niro, and producer Meir Teper, has opened the Nobu restaurant at the Nobu Hotel Feb.12 in Riyadh.

Princess Haifa Bint Mohammed Al Saud, Deputy of Commission for Strategy, Planning, Investment and Tourism Development for the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage, attended the opening ceremony with the presence of royalties, dignitaries and other businessmen.

Speaking on the occasion, Hatem Al-Hamdan, General Manager of Nobu Hotel Riyadh said: "With the support of HRH Princess Dr. Nouf Bint Mohammed Bin Fahad Al Saud, owner of Nobu in KSA, we are honored to support Saudi Arabia's vision 2030 by bringing Nobu’s global brand to Riyadh. We are eager to share Chef Nobu’s success, while maintaining his international standards in both cuisine and service. We look forward to welcoming the people of Riyadh.”

Designed by the award-winning Rockwell Group, Nobu Restaurant features wooden fish scale structures as the main design of the restaurant. Long banquettes and several group seating areas showcase colorful textiles, combined with local stones

The menu includes Nobu’s well-known dishes such as the Black Cod Miso, Yellowtail Jalapeño, New Style Sashimi and Rock Shrimp Tempura. The contemporary Japanese cuisine is prepared by an international team with extensive Nobu experience, and a team of Saudi individuals.

Nobu restaurant opened in advance of Nobu Hotel Riyadh. The highly anticipated hotel will offer 119 guest rooms and suites.
