DUBAI: Internationally acclaimed Japanese restaurant TakaHisa will offer a luxurious New Year’s Eve celebration, as the restaurant will prepare two dining options that showcase Japan’s various flavors paired with a special drone show. 

Located inside Banyan Tree Dubai on Bluewaters, TakaHisa will offer its full à la carte menu with a per-seat minimum charge, allowing diners complete freedom to curate their ideal evening.

For those seeking something even more extraordinary, Chefs Takashi Namekata and Hisao Ueda will present an exclusive New Year’s Eve omakase crafted solely for this night.

Priced at 212,340 yen per person, the menu showcases white truffle from Alba, top-grade Japanese wagyu and premium seafood sourced from the country’s finest markets.

Additionally, the Japanese restaurant will light up the sky with its own private drone show that will unfold within the last few minutes of 2025 as a constellation of drones rises above the water and forms a countdown before revealing the TakaHisa emblem.
