A new pop-up in Japan aims to combat food waste by offering a wagyu curry cooked using leftover beef utilized in the making of patties at burger restaurant Tree & Tree by DomDom.

The curry will be available for dine in or takeout until November 29 at the pop-up store, available in three different sizes with a choice of adding an egg or a side salad.

The menu and concept behind the pop-up are simple, offering nothing more than the curry, making this an appealing option for customers who want a straightforward yet delicious meal.

The quality of the food at Curry Shop DomDom matches that of Tree & Tree which aims to offer the best burgers available in Japan.

The restaurant prides itself for offering delicious food, and quality hospitality. The tree incorporated into the logo and name reflects the burger joint’s eagerness to grow and prosper as a business.
