TOKYO: Japanese Defence Minister Shinjiro Koizumi is considering visiting the United States as early as mid-January to hold talks with his U.S. counterpart Pete Hegseth, Kyodo news agency reported on Tuesday, citing unnamed U.S. and Japanese sources.
