TEHRAN: Iran’s top ​negotiator and parliament speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf said ‌on ‌Monday ​that Tehran ‌does ⁠not ​accept negotiations ⁠with the U.S. under ⁠threats.

He said ‌in ‌a ​post ‌on ‌X that U.S. President Donald ‌Trump was seeking to turn ⁠the ⁠negotiating table into a “table of surrender.”
