If your looking for a ramen spot, look no further than Abu Dhabi’s SLRP.

This cool and edgy ramen spot introduced an exciting cross-cultural fusion of flavors this September, blending Japanese ramen with regional Arabic inspiration.

The star of the menu is the Jute Mazemen — or Molokhiya Ramen (Dhs 58) — a bold fusion of Japanese and Arabic flavors, combining the Middle Eastern jute plant molokhia with cherry tomatoes, roasted chicken, and house-made noodles in a hearty molokhia soup base.

This innovative dish bridges two distinct culinary traditions in one bowl, delivering a truly unique taste experience. Other specials include Karaage (Dhs 38), Japanese crispy fried chicken marinated in Teriyaki sauce and served with a Korean sweet-savory yangnyeom sauce; Okonomiyaki (Dhs 38), a savory seared cabbage with Angus beef, pickled ginger, Okonomiyaki sauce, and mayonnaise; and Wagyu Mazemen (Dhs 64), a vibrant bowl of minced wagyu, crispy umami garlic sauce, seared mushrooms, shredded nori, bonito flakes, and freshly made noodles, crowned with raw egg.

For a taste of this epic East-meets-Middle East fusion, head to SLRP this September and dive into these limited-edition dishes.
