
Dubai’s fine dining scene will welcome an exclusive culinary event this Eid Al-Fitr, featuring a collaboration between three esteemed Japanese chefs.
Chef Izumi Kimura from Sushi Jin in Toyama, Japan, will join forces with Wagyu and sushi specialists Takashi Namekata and Hisao Ueda of TakaHisa Dubai for a three-day Omakase experience.
Returning to TakaHisa for the fifth time, Chef Kimura will showcase his expertise in Edomae-style sushi, highlighting Akazu, a traditional Japanese red vinegar known for its depth of flavor.
Celebrated globally for his precise technique and innovative approach, Chef Kimura is known for elevating locally sourced seafood into refined Tokyo-style sushi.
The event will take place at TakaHisa, where Namekata and Ueda will host Kimura in a continuation of their long-standing professional collaboration.
The chefs will present a specially curated Omakase menu that blends traditional Japanese gastronomy with contemporary influences.
The exclusive dining experience will be available for a limited number of guests from March 29-31.
