Netflix has released the official trailer for the renowned Japanese thriller ‘Alice in Borderland’, which is set to premiere worldwide on Sept. 25. 

Based on a manga by Haro Aso, the series follows Ryōhei Arisu, played by Kento Yamazaki, and Yuzuha Usagi, played by Tao Tsuchiya, who get trapped in a parallel version of Tokyo and are forced to compete in dangerous games. 

The trailer for the new season, which gained more than two million views in one day, shows the protagonists as they return to the real world with erased memories. As they start seeing mysterious hallucinations and flashbacks, they are forced to return to danger.

The trailer unveils the Joker card, the final piece in the game’s deck, leaving fans more excited.
