DUBAI: The Shiba Inu cryptocurrency, SHIB, is making its debut in the Metaverse and further shedding its meme coin reputation.
SHIB announced on Twitter that the new year will see a new ‘Shibaverse.’ The post described it as “an immersive experience for our ecosystem and the Metaverse space.”

The cryptocurrency also launched an NFT in 2021, where it saw its prices soar. Tesla CEO and multibillionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk also gave the meme coin some recognition.
SHIB is currently trading at $0.00002141 USD with a market cap of roughly $11.5 billion USD.
