A delegation from the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) and the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) visited Japan from Nov. 14 to 17 to strengthen the intellectual property cooperation between Japan and Saudi Arabia.
The delegation, which visited Japan through the Saudi Invitation Program as part of the International Intellectual Property Protection Forum (IIPPF), held meetings with Tokyo Customs, the Metropolitan Police Department, and the Japan Patent Office (JPO) Anti-counterfeiting Unit to discuss and exchange knowledge on intellectual property measures and strategies.
