DUBAI: Abu Dhabi’s TAMM Factory, a digital operations hub, received Tokyo’s Governor KOIKE Yuriko and her delegation during her visit to the UAE.

During the visit, Koike learned about Abu Dhabi’s “innovative approach to digital evolution and public service delivery.”

The ‘TAMM’ platform was created to help residents in the UAE capital interact with essential services and “establish new standards of excellence in digital public services.”

The Tokyo Governor arrived in Egypt on Nov. 7 and delivered a keynote speech at the 12th World Urban Forum.

As part of the second leg of her tour, she also met with UAE government officials to strengthen cooperation between Tokyo and Abu Dhabi.

The nine-day trip is set to last until Nov. 14, making it her longest overseas trip to date.
