RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s Public Prosecution stressed on Saturday the importance of sport fans adhering to the rules and regulations during sports matches.

In a statement, it said the rules included not going into the field, disrupting play, affecting the safety of others or committing any violent acts.

“All audiences must adhere to this and not violate these instructions or commit anything that would distort events or occasions in general and sports events in particular,” the authority said.
