

DUBAI: Kai Enzo, a new rooftop restaurant by renowned celebrity Chef Izu Ani, is introducing a limited-time exclusive summer menu that immerses diners in the richness of Japanese flavours.
Located within the Hyatt Centric Jumeriah at La Mer and renowned for its harmonious blend of Japanese and Mediterranean cuisines, Kai Enzo unveils The Taste of Kai Enzo, a meticulously crafted summer menu that captures the essence of Japan’s culinary heritage. A symphony of seafood and authentic Japanese inspirations, this menu embraces summer while infusing each dish with Chef Izu’s distinct touch.
Available from Aug. 28 to Oct. 4, the exclusive summer menu features a star-studded line-up of delicacies. The Natsu Roll, named after the Japanese word for summer, captures the season’s vibrancy with garden-fresh herbs, Botan Ebi prawns, sumac-seasoned avocado, delicate sesame tofu, and a hint of opulent truffle. The menu also showcases sliced market fish kombujime, a nod to Japan’s pickling tradition, accompanied by sesame, creamy macadamia puree, refreshing cucumbers, and crowned with a delightful tenkasu crunch. Enthusiasts of Japanese cuisine can enjoy dishes such as tunu Usuzukuri, salt grilled Mackerel, crispy octopus, Chirashi sushi, and Wagyu gomadare temaki featuring crisp shisho, caviar, and negi. The dessert selection includes the delightful Yuzu Florentine with kinako shortbread and dulcey cream and an enchanting Anmitsu featuring shiratamako dumplings, pineapple yuzu sorbet, and adzuki ice cream.

Boasting panoramic views of the Dubai skyline, Kai Enzo delivers a holistic dining experience that seamlessly blends unique and refined culinary creations, a vibrant atmosphere, and an inviting ambiance. Situated in the heart of the restaurant, the interactive sushi acts as its focal point, and is surrounded by seating areas that span both indoors and outdoors. Additionally, the restaurant features a lounge area and an outdoor terrace, set to open after the summer season.
