DUBAI: Canon, the Japanese multinational corporation, has revealed its first partner program in Saudi Arabia, as it predicts that the imaging and printing market will quadruple in size by 2023.

The company announced the program during an event on September 20, which was attended by 80 key partners and guests from all over the country.

The program, titled Channel Partner Program (CPP), is a result of extreme demand for imaging and printing solutions across Saudi Arabia, as a recent study by Canon showcased that 66% of participants emphasized that Saudi Arabia is the leading country it terms of format and book printing growth.

Additionally, 75% of regional printers in the Kingdom experienced growth in wide format printing, while 66% saw growth opportunities in book printing.

The strategic program will have a variety of benefits to ensure success such as comprehensive collaterals, customized point-of-purchase (POP) materials, exclusive promotion, incentive trips, and personalized digital marketing support.

Ahlam Azhar, Regional Sales Director at Canon Middle East and Türkiye, commented on the program saying “Our channel partners are set to reap substantial rewards from this program—characterized by its unwavering commitment to customer-centricity and its recognition of partners who consistently provide tailored solutions.”
