Dubai-based Japanese bakery, Yamanote Atelier, has expanded its menu options with The Pocket Project–a sandwich concept that puts a unique spin on past favorites.
There will be several new sandwich options priced at AED 25 (723 yen), and made using Yamanote’s homemade bread.
Yamanote will offer two egg options: the Shibuya Sando, which will include veal bacon, fried egg, cheddar cheese and mayo, as well as the Tamago & Soseji, a combination of soufflé egg, beef sausages and cheese.
The Abokado Sando is made with pesto, fresh mozzarella, lime mayo and avocado.
Yamanote’s Tuna Melt Sando will be a mix of Japanese tuna salad, red cheddar, mayo, sun-dried tomatoes and scallions.
Lastly, the Keema & Jabnah will combine cream cheese, wagyu keema and sriracha mayo.
There will also be two sweet additions.
The Smores Sando, made with Nutella, Banana and Marshmallow, and the Strawberry Cheesecake which combines Japanese Cheesecake, Fresh Strawberries and Cookie Spread.
