Shikishima’s first bread product is characterized by its roasted nut-like aroma and deep taste, and will be sold for a limited time and in limited quantities through the company’s website, Pasco.
The person in charge of Pasco, Shikishima said, “I hope people will be interested in it as a future food that solves social issues such as food shortages.”
