An aquarium in Japan is celebrating Halloween by revamping the space with spooky decorative elements and also offering kids an interactive workshop.
The Sumida Aquarium has several exhibitions open to the public featuring penguins, seals, as well as a 50-m long jellyfish tunnel.
For the occasion, the aquarium will decorate the space using images of jack-o-lanterns, bats, and witches in line with the Halloween theme.
The special exhibition started on Oct.1 and will come to an end on Oct. 31.
Sumida Aquarium’s official website outlines how there are eight jellyfish aquariums that have special background panels, made even more spooky by the ghost like jellyfish.
This event is both fun and informative as kids can learn more about jellyfish and even take home a jellyfish mobile.
The aquarium emphasizes how guests are encouraged to relax and watch the penguins or seals. They can also stop by the gift store to pick up some souvenirs from the trip or unwind at the café.
