Kyoto-based patisserie, Patisserie Rakkansha, takes the cake with their eye-catching presentation—sweets preserved inside transparent cans available in several different flavours.

The patisserie is selling these cake cans in seven different types which include Blue Soda, Fromage, Cream Puffs, and Purin.

The Cream Puff cans come in three variations like the Choux Matcha, Choux Plain, and Choux Strawberry all containing different decorative elements and flavours.

Patisserie Rakkansha’s Purin is also available with matcha or plain, both contain namafu—a traditional Japanese delicacy made using refined wheat gluten.

The Fromage can is made using a blend of unique flavours like cream cheese and red bean paste among other ingredients. While the Blue Soda is made using sweeter flavours like cream and pana cotta.

Aside from the newly released cans, the patisserie is also well known for their extensive range of desserts which include their cake sandwiches, mousse, tarts, and parfaits.

These cakes will be available at Patisserie Rakkansha’s Kyoto Station branch, giving customers access to sweet treats on the go.
