Tokyo’s amusement park, Yomiuri Land, is offering visitors a special experience by covering certain areas of the park with colourful LED lights, including a fountain show designed by Motoko Ishii.

The LED lights, inspired by jewels, will be on display until April 3, 2022 and invites guests to tour the park and visit each of the areas that have been lit up with the multi-coloured lights.

The areas to visit include Sunshine Gate–the entrance to the main avenue–the Sunshine Arch as well as a few attractions like the giant spaceship roller coaster.

Jewellumination’s fountain shows play every 15 minutes starting at 5PM and include the La Fontaine, the Tropical Jewellery Island, and the Silhouette.

All the fountain shows bring together stunning lights, water, and music to deliver a show worth showing up for.

“With its scale and beauty increasing every year, enjoy a magical night you can only experience here in our amusement park filled with glittering gemstone colors!,” the official Yomiuri Land website states.

Guests are also encouraged to take a trip on the Ferris wheel to catch a glimpse of Tokyo’s Skytree and Tokyo Tower at night.
