Kitkat Japan has launched a special, limited-edition box of Valentine’s Day chocolates that went on sale on Jan 24 priced at 498 yen (US$4.32), inside the box customers can find six bear shaped chocolates.

The chocolates offer the same quality and taste expected from KitKat bars as the bears are made using dark chocolate and wafers.

The teddy bear chocolates also have various messages embossed onto a large heart above the bear’s head. There are three different messages including: “I love you,” “For u” and “Thanks.” It is not guaranteed that every box will contain all three.

For a personalized touch the bears all have the KitKat logo on their feet and are packaged in small pink wrappers.

The box that holds the six individual chocolate bars is eye-catching, featuring a large heart designed using text that doubles as KitKat’s infamous slogan: “Have a Break, Have a KitKat” but also reads as “Love KitKat” in celebration of Valentine’s Day. The box is also decorated using gold hearts placed sporadically around the box.
