DUBAI: McDonald’s Japan is introducing a sweet new treat to be introduced to stores nationwide. The Hitokuchi Churros will be available starting Feb. 16, priced at ¥240 ($2.10) for four bite-size pieces that can be dipped in sauce for added flavour.

The churros are made using crispy dough filled with chocolate sauce and topped with caramel powder.

McDonald’s Japan released a special commercial featuring Japanese actor Masaki Okada and actress Sairi Ito. In the advert both Okada and Ito are seen admiring the churros until they finally indulge in eating the dessert at the end.

Prior to the release, McDonald’s Japan shared clues of the upcoming release on twitter.

This latest release comes after the Triangle Oreo Cream Pie, and their New York line of burgers that recently launched.
