DUBAI: Japan’s Truffle Bakery have gained ample recognition for their bread, more specifically their white truffle salt bread and black truffle egg sandwich—two best sellers that are heavily in demand priced at ¥194 and ¥645.

The buns are filled with truffle butter and coated with truffle oil, whereas the sandwich is made using egg salad, truffle oil and truffle.

According to the website, the egg sandwich has a texture that is “soft and creamy and the truffle smell makes you hungry. You can enjoy it whenever you want, breakfast with coffee, lunch” encouraging customers to “enjoy your meal with our bread!”

“Truffle is not daily food. But we thought if it’s on the table everyday or you can buy it on the way home, it’s going to be more great! That’s why we use truffle with bread,” their official website states.

Shoppers can also purchase their other menu options including the chocolate salt bread, and sakura salt bread. There are also various sweet options like their strawberry sandwich, cream buns, shokupan, and croissants.

Aside from bread and pastries, customers can also pick up some other truffle related items including salt, and chips.
