DUBAI: Ever wanted to know what it would be like to live life as a dog? One Japanese man actually has an answer to this question. Toco spent a whopping two million Yen (approximately $15,700 USD) on a realistic Collie breed costume.

The man commissioned Japanese agency Zeppet to help recreate the dog-like outfit in 40 days.

Toco posted a video of himself on Twitter on April 11, thanking Zeppet for helping fulfil his dream. He said: “I ordered a costume! Thanks to you, I was able to fulfill my dream of becoming an animal!”

The dog imposter launched a YouTube channel where he regularly posts videos of himself standing on all fours, gesturing much like a real-life Collie would.

Toco has uploaded a total of seven videos on YouTube, and his channel has accumulated a total of 2.25K subscribers.

The comments on his page show mixed reactions, with some viewers congratulating Toco on achieving his dreams and others struggling to understand the desire to be a dog.

One commenter wrote: “You spent money on that? Lol well at least it’s realistic to a degree.”

Another one said: “Live your dreams, doggo dude! Good for you.”
