RARE, a new food truck concept developed by three Emirati friends, serving Japanese gourmet, is now open in Dubai. 

Located under Al Wasl Bridge, RARE combines both high-quality food and a casual dining setting. 

The menu is full of premium quality ingredients supplied from all over the world, such as Bluefin Akami Tuna and Saroma from Japan. 

A luxurious dish that guests can expect at RARE is the Chocolate Wagyu Fillet; this dish includes MBS 9+ Mayura Station chocolate-fed wagyu, pickled bok choi and onions, togarashi, and garlic sauce. 

The dish has a memorable taste as the cows were fed chocolate and cream-flavored gummy bears in order to add a distinct flavor to the dish.

Prices range from  ¥981 to ¥5966. Other dishes guests can expect from the truck include but are not limited to, Wagyu Beef Tsukune, Tsukune Yakitor, Seared Japanese Tuna Akami Buddha Bowl, and Wagyu Maki. 

The aesthetically pleasing truck is planning to introduce special community events as well as expand the outdoor seating area to attract more customers and improve the overall experience.
