TOKYO: Lawmakers from Japan’s ruling Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) and junior coalition partner Komeito plan to hold talks with Chinese Premier Li Qiang on Wednesday, Jiji news agency quoted LDP Secretary-General Hiroshi Moriyama as saying on Tuesday.

Li’s meeting with members of the visiting delegation comes after Japanese Foreign Minister IWAYA Takeshi visited China in December and agreed with his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi on continued high-level talks.
