Japan’s Emperor Naruhito received Omani Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham Al Said at the Imperial Palace in Tokyo.

During the meeting, the minister conveyed the greetings of Omani Prime Minister and Sultan Haitham bin Tarik to the Emperor.

According to the Oman News Agency, the Emperor expressed his best wishes for the Omani people’s steady progress and development.

The meeting also included a review of the strong historical relations between the two countries, as well as areas of cooperation and partnership and ways to enhance and develop them to serve mutual interests.
