Another 32 cases of coronavirus infection were confirmed at the Futenma US military base on the southern island of Okinawa, TV Asahi reported on Monday.

That comes on top of 62 previously confirmed infections at US bases on the island, in an outbreak that drew a sharp rebuke from the prefecture’s governor.
