TOKYO: The Council of Arab Ambassadors and Heads of Diplomatic Missions in Japan issued a statement in which they extended their sincerest and most heartfelt condolences to the People and Government of Japan and to the family of former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe on this deeply tragic occasion.

“Prime Minister Abe was a great and highly regarded leader who was always a warm and steadfast friend to the Countries that comprise our Council and to the people of the Arab world,” the Arab Ambassadors in Tokyo said.
