DUBAI: SEKIGUCHI Noboru, consul-general of Japan in Dubai and the northern emirates, visited the museum of the future in Dubai on Sept. 15.

This year marks the 50th anniversary of the creation of diplomatic relations between the UAE and Japan, making Sekiguchi’s visit to the museum a remarkable one.
