TOKYO: The official logo for the “50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Japan and the Sultanate of Oman in 2022” has been selected from among 19 entries through consultations between the governments of Japan and Oman.
The logo will be used in the commemorative events to be held throughout the year in both countries.
Ms. Izumi Watanabe, who lives in Japan is the creator of the logo. The motif of this logo is incense, which is a common tradition of Japanese and Omani culture. The logo represents wind bringing frankincense and happiness to both countries.
