Dr. Lahcen Haddad is an international consultant in social development, Vice President of the Moroccan Senate, and Co-Chairman of the Morocco-EU Joint Parliamentary Committee. He previously served as Vice President of the Society for International Development (2017–2022) and of the Parliamentary Network on the World Bank and IMF (until 2021). Currently, he teaches international negotiation at Toulouse Business School and entrepreneurship and innovation at the African Business School of Mohammed VI Polytechnic University. Dr. Haddad also contributes opinion pieces in multiple languages for publications like Entrepreneur, Harvard Business Review, MIT Technology Review, and Al-Sharq Al-Awsat. Notably, he served as Morocco’s Minister of Tourism from 2012 to 2016.
