RIYADH: The Saudi cabinet meeting on Tuesday reiterated the Kingdom’s continued stance in supporting the Palestinian people, including the launch of a popular donation campaign to help and provide relief to civillians in Gaza.
During the meeting the ministers reviewed recent talks between the Kingdom and other countries, within the framework of consolidating cooperation relations and serving common interests at the regional and international levels.
The council of ministers said Saudi Arabia remained actively engaged with regional and international stakeholders, working toward an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and a just and comprehensive peace resolution for the Palestinian issue.
The council of ministers also approved a memorandum of understanding on political consultations between the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia.
