  • The project aims to promote the preservation of tourist destinations for the benefit of future generations

ABHA: Asir Gov. Prince Turki bin Talal bin Abdul Aziz has kick-started a cleanup campaign for the region being carried out with the help of 200 young volunteers.

Cleaning got underway on Thursday in Al-Sawda Park, Abha, and on Friday regional volunteers moved to Al-Waleed Park in

Al-Namas, with Al-Habla Park next in line for a sprucing up.

The project aims to promote the preservation of tourist destinations for the benefit of future generations and the participation of volunteers forms part of the campaign’s goal to involve all members of society in helping to bring about positive change.
