LONDON: Saudi Arabia announced 7 deaths from COVID-19 and 82 new infections on Sunday.

Of the new cases, 35 were recorded in Riyadh, 24 in Makkah, 7 in the Eastern Province, 5 in Madinah, 2 in Asir and 1 in Najran.

The total number of recoveries in the Kingdom increased to 354,443 after 180 more patients recovered from the virus.

A total of 6,246 people have succumbed to the virus in the Kingdom so far.
