Deputy Head of Mission of the Embassy of Japan in Saudi Arabia, Hirofumi Miyake, met with the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Qassim Chamber, Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Hamid.

Both parties discussed cooperation on future projects concerning water and agriculture.

The meeting was held in the presence of several specialists in the agriculture and water field in the region.

To further explore agriculture and water in the region, the Deputy Head of the Japanese Mission Miyake discussed the Green Saudi Initiative when visiting Al-Qassim National Park in Buraidah.

Miyake also visted the sewage treatment project in Buraidah, alongside the General Supervisor, Engineer Faris Al-Rabadi, and was briefed on the latest technologies in the field.
