The Saudi culture office’s Adel Ammash Al-Otaibi on Tuesday received the Director of the Saudi Tourism Authority (STA) in Japan on Tuesday where they discussed previous events and methods to further promote Saudi tourism and culture in the country.
The Saudi Tourism Authority opened a Japan office in September 2021 to help the travel trade recognize the opportunities Saudi Arabia offers.
Al-Otaibi offered his gratitude to the authority for the support provided during the Saudi culture office’s exhibition, which was held in the city of Chofu.
He also explained the role of the Saudi culture office in Japan and the new scholarship pathways, while discussing the ways in which the cultural office and STA could cooperate to highlight and promote Saudi Arabia’s tourism and cultural attractions to the Japanese people.
