RIYADH: The Asian zone of Riyadh Season’s Boulevard World is proving particularly popular with visitors, according to the Saudi Press Agency, thanks largely to “dazzling fantasy shows brimming with Asian culture, contributing to the diverse array of entertainment options from global cultures.”

These shows take place daily from 4:45 p.m. to 10 p.m. on a stage “designed to emulate the Asian identity” situated in front of an artificial lake. Six “diverse historical performances” are staged each day.

Near to the stage is the floating market, filled with street-food stalls, and stores selling herbs and fruits, which, the SPA says, “transports visitors from the heart of Riyadh to Central Asia.”

Another attraction proving popular among visitors to Riyadh Season is “Disney: The Castle” in Boulevard City, which, according to the SPA “has witnessed a significant surge in the number of visitors and tourists” and “helps diversify entertainment offerings and promote tourism.”

This fourth edition of Riyadh Season, the theme of which is “Big Time,” showcases “diverse entertainment options, international festivities, and exclusive events featuring celebrity participation.”

Boulevard World, the SPA says, “contains several models of countries worldwide, each designed with a unique character that distinguishes it, in addition to many entertainment options and international experiences.”
