ABU DHABI: Abu Dhabi’s Emirates Palace held a Tokyo Game Show (TGS) 2024 briefing event, bringing together gaming industry professionals to highlight the upcoming TGS’s goals. 

The session presented results from TGS 2023, which showcased an increase in participants and visitors from abroad. The 2023 edition attracted 240,000 people and held exhibitions from 787 companies. 

The briefing aimed to promote TGS and encourage international participation, particularly from the Middle East region. Attendees included representatives from Abu Dhabi Gaming, indie game developers, and other key stakeholders.

Following the seminar, attendees participated in a networking party to foster connections and explore collaborative opportunities.

The event inspired and motivated participants, with many voicing strong interest in exhibiting at TGS and establishing a physical presence. The enthusiasm underscored the importance of the event in promoting innovation and collaboration within the gaming industry.

TGS will be held from Sept. 26 to 29 at Makuhari Messe.
