DUBAI: Emirati video game company Red Dunes Games has announced a partnership with Japan’s Kohachi Studio to bring an action-packed run-and-gun game titled ‘Black Finger JET’ to the global market.

Red Dunes Games is co-developing alongside Kohachi Studio’s experienced team, including iconic main artist Akio and legendary talents Meeher and HIYA.

‘Black Finger JET’ aims to deliver an arcade-style experience that brings a new flavor of fast-paced combat to the traditional 80s-style action game format. The anime-style side-scroller offers players a variety of guns to use, including handguns, machine guns, and shotguns, and introduces a unique vehicle called the JET car.

The JET car is not just a mode of transportation but a game-changer. It can be transformed into an airplane for aerial combat and a submarine for underwater battles, providing diverse gameplay experiences that won’t be found in any other game.

Both studios will attend the Tokyo Game Show this September and will share a booth. Attendees will have the opportunity to experience the Emirati-Japanese game alongside Port of Jumanah, which is also being developed by Red Dunes Games.

The game is currently in development and available to wishlist on Steam.
