


Food lovers brace yourselves for a boundary-breaking dining experience when Chef Thitid ‘Ton’ Tassanakajohn, who revolutionized Thai cuisine at Le Du and Nusara, joins forces with the Japanese culinary masters at TakaHisa.
For two days only these three award-winning chefs will put their experience to the test.
Together, they will combine their world-class techniques and expertise to push the boundaries of fine dining, creating a one-of-a-kind Omakase experience designed specifically for this occasion.
TakaHisa is renowned for its expertise in sushi and wagyu and is headed by Chefs Taka and Hisa. Their menu features premium seafood sourced from Japan’s Toyosu Fish Market and A5 Kobe beef of the highest grade, promising a once in a lifetime culinary journey.
The event will take place on September 21 and 22 from 1pm to 7pm (lunch and dinner) at the Banyan Tree Dubai, Bluewaters Island, Dubai and is priced at AED3,000 pp.
