

Chef Izumi Kimura, from the esteemed Sushi Jin, a Michelin-star venue in Tokyo, joined hands with Chef Taka and Chef Hisa, in bringing their culinary craftmanship to the UAE.
The three chefs showcased an authentic signature sushi Omakase menu uniquely made with red vinegar and Edomae-style sushi at the Banyan Tree, Bluewaters Island in Dubai on Tuesday.

So grab your seats which are priced at Dhs 3,000 per person as only 8 to 10 guests will be allowed on each side per seating.
The seating timings on December 13 are as follows: 3 pm, 6 pm, and 9 pm, while on December 14, the timings will be 3 pm and 6 pm.
Sushi Jin is a culinary destination in Tokyo that accommodates an impressive 2,000 diners all eager to book and experience Chef Kimura’s sushi Omakase menu.
Chef Kimura is a self-taught maestro, having embarked on his sushi journey at the age of 29 after a life-changing meal at Ginza Kyubey in Tokyo.
His dedication to the art of sushi is evident in his third and most successful iteration of Sushi Jin, located in the Toyama prefecture in Japan where he grew up.
Renowned for his meticulous use of Asazu and mastery of sushi, Chef Kimura consistently imparts a unique flavor profile into all his culinary creations.
He transforms locally caught seafood into Tokyo-style sushi, offering a dining experience that draws pilgrims from around the country.
Chefs Taka and Hisa, who go by the nickname ‘TakaHisa’, will be working alongside Chef Izumi to bring to the forefront seamlessly blend age-old, specialized techniques with modern innovation. This collaboration is a masterful harmony of flavor showing deep respect for Japanese culture.
Chef Taka and Chef Hisa, are respectively known for their sushi and wagyu skills, curating an exceptional menu of premium seafood sourced from Japan’s Toyosu Fish Market and A5 Kobe beef of the highest grade with a marble score of 12.
TakaHisa’s dedication to delivering sophistication is also evident in the premium selection of wines thoughtfully paired with each course. Each bottle has been distinctly chosen for its harmony with the special sushi Omakase menu.
Alongside them stands Chef Kimura who elevates dining experiences with an exquisite touch in every dish. These include pink plum-flavored chawanmushi, shrimp nigiri, shabu-shabu with local whitefish, and grilled skewers of perch.
