Netflix has announced that Season 2 of the exclusively animated series Baki will be premiering globally on the online streaming platform June 4.

Titled “Baki: Dai Raitaisai-hen,” the series was adapted from Keisuke Itagaki’s popular martial arts manga.

Season 2 of Baki will continue its plot from Season 1 and enter the Great Chinese Challenge arc.

The character Baki Hanma will continue his aim to be the strongest man on Earth, battling new challenges in the underground arena.

The majority of the voice cast and staff at anime production house TMS Entertainment will again be part of the new season.
