DUBAI: The Pokémon Company officially announced the premiere of the 24th season of the Pokémon franchise anime.
The latest season is expected to debut in select markets as early as this summer, and will be premier in other markets by the end of 2021.
The new season of Pokémon Journeys: The Series will continue to highlight the adventures of Ash and Goh as they battle and catch a variety of Pokémons from Kanto to Galar.
The heroes of the series are expected around the globe to research different types of Pokémon for Cerise Laboratory.
Pokémon Journeys: The Series first aired in Japan in November 2019 with the first 12 episodes of the anime debuting on Netflix in the US in June 2020.
Netflix confirmed the new season in February would be available for streaming. No official release date has been confirmed yet.
