RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s non-oil sector expanded by 3.6 percent during the third quarter of 2023 compared to the same period last year, economic data released on Tuesday showed.
According to the General Authority for Statistics, government activities also grew 1.9 percent during the third quarter compared to the year-ago period.
However, oil-related activities saw an annual decline of 17.3 percent during the third quarter, resulting in a 4.5 percent decrease in the country’s seasonally adjusted real gross domestic product.
