RIYADH: Saudi Chemical Co. has signed a deal to establish a first-of-its-kind production facility for ammonium nitrate and nitric acid in Ras Al Khair.  

The partnership with Dyno Nobel, through its subsidiary Saudi Chemical Co., aims to support vital sectors and strategic projects aligned with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, as stated in the company’s Tadawul statement.  

This involves localizing the production of raw materials necessary for manufacturing civil and military explosives to develop solutions for the defense and mining industries in Saudi Arabia.
