
TOKYO: The fourth round of negotiations for the Japan-United Arab Emirates Economic Partnership Agreement concluded on Friday with both sides discussing various issues related to the EPA.
The meeting took place from August 4 to 8 and was attended by representatives from relevant ministries in Japan and the UAE.
According to the Foreign Ministry in Tokyo, the two sides discussed the modality of negotiations as well as many other topics, including Trade in Goods, Trade in Services, Competition Policy, Trade and Sustainable Development, Customs Procedures and Trade Facilitation and Intellectual Property.
