DUBAI: Sushi Art, popular UAE-based Japanese eatery, is kicking off the summer season with six new additions to its menu. Starting from July 11 until the end of August, the summer creations will be available across all channels including dine-in, delivery, takeaway and via delivery apps.

The new recipes were created to “capture the vibrant essence of summer,” with “unique and exotic flavours.”

The new menu includes ‘The Summer Box’ with a combination of 14 recipes including South Tuna Roll, Salmon Delight Roll, Avocado Cheese Maki, Cheese Salmon Maki and Salmon Sushi.

Another limited-edition box named ‘Summer Box Gourmet’ includes 24 pieces of Sushi Art classics: South Tuna Roll, Salmon Delight Roll, Rock N Roll Signature, Cheese Salmon Maki, Salmon Sushi and Chicken Roll.

Other options are the ‘South Tuna Roll,’ ‘Salmon Delight Roll’ and the ‘Summer Poke’ bowl.

Ending things on a sweet note, the menu includes a dessert named ‘Berry Sweet Spring,’ which features strawberry, beetroot, fresh mint and lemon, all wrapped in a spring roll.

The summer menu is available at all Sushi Art locations across the UAE.
