DUBAI: Nissin USA is known for its unique and somewhat strange flavors – and the newest release is no different. Cup Noodles Campfire S’mores is said to be a sweet ramen noodle experience that gives people a reimagined taste of a popular dessert.

S’mores are known as a campfire dessert, made out of graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate.

Nissin USA said: “S’mores and summertime go hand-in-hand, invoking nostalgic memories of time spent around a campfire.”

The company added that new flavor is aimed at creating a “new kind of campfire moment, with a blend of chocolate, marshmallow and graham cracker flavours enhanced with a smoky tang for an unforgettable ramen experience.”

The instant noodles are prepared by adding water to the cup and then microwaving it for three minutes and letting it stand for two. The meal will taste like S’mores, and Nissin USA suggests topping the meal with graham cracker pieces and more mini marshmallows for extra gooeyness.

The Campfire S’mores Cup Noodles is available in the US for a suggested retail price of about ¥190 yen (or $1.18 USD.)

The new flavor will not be available in Japan, however.
