Japanese students arrive in Kuwait to study Arabic

DUBAI: On Thursday, the Japanese embassy in Kuwait welcomed the arrival of Japanese students who will be studying Arabic at Kuwait University’s Language Center. 

MORINO Yasunari, Ambassador of Japan to Kuwait, welcomed the students, who will be studying under Kuwait’s government scholarship program for the academic year 2024/2025.

“We sincerely appreciate the remarkable contribution of Kuwait to human exchanges between Japan and Kuwait on the level of the youth, who are expected to play an important role in deepening the future relations of the two friendly countries,” the embassy said on X. 

The embassy’s account added that they welcome the students and wish their journeys are filled with great moments.
